Merlin Rally 2006

The Merlin rally 2006 was once again extremely well organised by Tony James, who explains to Steve Rose the perils of buying mail order jackets.

There was several fine examples of Ducati's classic touring bike!

The invisible man takes his 748 from behind, un-noticed by surrounding rallyists.

The sun came out for the ride-out...

...which attracted a wide variety of bikes, old and new.

There were a few exotic interlopers in evidence....

...and a nicely redecorated MHE900.

No DOC Rally would be complete, however, without a proper little single..
