World Superbike Dinner 2005

The DOC were kindly invited along to Silverstone on Thursday night before the race weekend by Ducati UK. We got the chance to meet the riders, had an excellent dinner courtesy of the Ducati WSB race team, and a fine night of banter and cameraderie. Here are the pictures.

First we all got treated to a superb dinner in the Ducati Corse Hospitality Suite.

Graham Stoppani thanked Bobbie Cowley of Ducati UK for inviting us.

Giancarlo Falappa stopped in to say hello. Top Man.

Kevin Powis got to meet JT and tell him how to get past Corser in the Complex.....

....while Regis Laconi pronounced himself honoured to meet Graham Stoppani.

Spaggy found out what Gianluca Nanelli looks like without a helmet on..........

.........and Lorenzo Lanzi reckons Spaggy would look much better with a really dark tinted visor. (Ta!)

Paul Stinchcomb queued patiently like a kid to get JT's autograph (but then didn't we all?)
