You can keep in touch with other members using the DOC Email List. Simply adding your name by an automated process will get you hooked up, and you can leave just as easily with another automated command.

How to get on it

Please feel free to save these instuctions for  future reference, you will need it if you wish to remove yourself from this list. However, they will always be available on this page.

This is the mail list for distributing information to Ducati Owners Club (GB) members

This list is not moderated. All members thank you for using it wisely.

Note very carefully that the mail message containing the commands must originate from the e-mail address that is actually subscribed to the list.

TO SUBSCRIBE TO THE LIST

Send a message to:        dolist@docgb.org

with the following command in the body of your email message:  subscribe docgb

TO UNSUBSCRIBE FROM THE LIST

If you ever want to unsubscribe yourself from this mailing list, then  send mail to dolist@krltd.com

with the following command in the body of your email message:        unsubscribe docgb

To send a message to the list (which  is then sent to all list members, so do not use the list for  private discussion), write an email to:        docgb@docgb.org

TO NOT RECEIVE YOUR OWN MAILS POSTED

You can change this setting so that you will not receive your own messages in the future by sending an e-mail message to:        dolist@krltd.com

with the command in the body of the message:        repro docgb off

TO NOT RECEIVE MAIL CONFIRMATIONS

You can change this setting so that you will not receive these confirmation messages in the future by sending an e-mail message to:        dolist@krltd.com

with the command in the body of the message:        ack docgb off

TO RECEIVE MESSAGES IN DIGEST MODE

(all  mails  sent  in  one   time  per  day)  Send  mail  to dolist@krltd.com

with  the following command  in the body of your email message:        digest docgb on

TO NOT RECEIVE MAIL DURING A PERIOD

You will stop receiving message during a period (holiday, etc) by sending an

e-mail message to:        dolist@krltd.com

with the command in the body of the message:        suspend docgb on

and when you come back from your holiday send:        suspend docgb off

TO GET YOUR SUBSCRIPTION STATUS

To get your whole status for the list, send an e-mail message to:        dolist@krltd.com

with the command in the body of the message:        get-status docgb
