GT1000 touring for sale

Ducati's original retro with unstressed air/oil cooled engine. Performance ECU (original will also come with it). Some extras - fork and radiator shields, rear rack and Oberon clutch slave.

The bike has just come out of hibernation in a dry and well ventilated garage assisted by an Optimiser trickle-charger.

On the way back from the MOT station the bike reached 14,000 miles total on the odometer. 

This may increase as I use it.

I will include front and rear paddock stands - model specific by Harris.

I also fitted a headlamp fairing by Dart as in the photo. To be honest I’m not sure this improves the ride, but it looks good.

Good service history - spring 2022 (about 400 miles ago!) by Tyler at North Motorcycles - service + new belts. New Reg/Rec. New Pirelli Angel GT 2 tyres (tubed) - not quite scrubbed in!

The bike is in very good condition and a pleasure to ride. Sadly my dodgy hip and associated age-related issues force this reluctant sale.

I have scarcely done 1000 miles in the last 3 years as the MOT confirms.

These bikes are appreciating. The bike is in NW Glasgow.

I am asking £9.000. I will consider p/x with cash adjustment for something more nimble - wee Monster or Strada for example, or even a Ducati single.
