Club Positions Vacant

Dear members.

We currently have two CoM positions vacant as posted in the last edition of Desmo.

The first position is Discounts Officer.

Duties include:

• Approaching businesses offering products and services relevant to club members with a view to offering discounts
• Updating the discounts listings for Desmo and on the website

The second position is Club Secretary.

This is a directors position and as such, the applicant will need to be approved by CoM members (this is to protective the club's business affairs)

Duties include:

• Arranging 4 CoM meets per year.
• Organising meeting agendas
• Taking minutes, or organising for them to be taken
• Organising club AGM
