I have received the following information from the organisers of the MCN Show following our request for information:

We are currently following government guidelines and as the event is still a couple of months away the show is currently still going ahead. Following the outbreak of Coronavirus in China, the Devitt MCN Festival of Motorcycling and the East of England Arena will be taking enhanced measures to help protect our visitors, exhibitors, clients and staff at the Devitt MCN Festival of Motorcycling taking place on the 16-17 May 2020.

Please be assured that we are monitoring the situation closely following the latest UK Government advice as it is updated daily at 2pm, which you can also view here. Please note that the main message from Public Health England is on personal hygiene, therefore staff, exhibitors and visitors are also being encouraged to maintain good hand, respiratory and personal hygiene by employing the ‘Catch It. Bin It. Kill It’ ethos. Additional signage and hand sanitiser will be introduced in toilets and in the venue catering areas, to make it even easier for everyone to clean their hands. In addition the Devitt MCN Festival of Motorcycling will be supplying a hand sanitiser station at each entrance.
