Once you’re logged in go to My Membership.

MEMBERSHIP

1.      ‘Membership Details’ See your membership information and membership number.

‘Factory DOC’ see your membership and download your card. (If you’ve registered your membership with the factory…If you haven’t, why not?! Click on link to see information - Ducati Official Club - "Factory DOC"

2.      ‘Contact Details’ Review and update your details.

3.      ‘Renewal and Payments’ Review your payment methods, and renewal date. The options there, but we hope you don’t - Delete your membership!

PREFERENCES

4.      ‘Email Preferences’. Review who you would like to receive club information from. Which branches would you like to hear from? Do you want to be notified when a Marketplace advert is posted? Or click I don’t want to hear from any branch. If you click this you won’t receive any general emails from the club, and you could miss out on some club offers. Please note, your details are not shared with anybody outside the club, so you will only receive emails regarding DOC GB.

MY ACTIVITY

5.      ‘My Bikes’ Add and update your bike information.

6.      ‘My Advert’ Create and advert for sale or wanted in Marketplace. Review/update or marked sold an existing advert. Link - Marketplace

7.      ‘My Order’ Ordered something or bought an event ticket from the Store? You can now see the status of items that you’ve purchased. Link - Store
