WDW 2026 Dynamic Activities Booking System Announcement

Dear Members,
We have been sent this by the the Ducati Official Club regarding WDW 2026 Activites.
If any one has any queries regarding these arrangements please contact Ducati, as this is all the info we have.

WDW is approaching and we are excited to announce that the dynamic activities booking platform will launch in June!

The Riding Experiences proposed for this edition are as follows:

  • Track session with your Ducati
  • Panigale V4S test ride on track
  • Ducati range road test ride
  • DRE Rookie experiences (for young riders)
  • DRE Adventure experiences
  • Lamborghini road test drive

To make the D.O.C. experience at WDW even more special, we have reserved a number of places for each of these activities, which you can book in advance.
The platform will open to the public on Monday June 8th, but D.O.C. members will be able to access it on Friday June 5th
This benefit is available to all members with a 3-day D.O.C. pass (of any type). 

Please read carefully the newsletter that each 3-day pass holder will receive from VIVATICKET on Friday June 5th. In this communication you will find the link to access the platform and all the instructions for booking the various activities. Once you have logged in, you will also find information about each experience (requirements, clothing, times, etc.).

VIVATICKET will be sending out a first newsletter today containing the information included in this email, along with further details about the Experiences,
to those who have already booked their 3-day ticket.

The link and the access/booking procedures will be the same for D.O.C. members and the rest of the public,
but only D.O.C. 3-Day Pass holders will be able to access the platform both on June 5th
to book the sessions reserved for them and from June 8th to book additional activities. 

We remind you that to access the platform you will need to enter your ticket code and the email associated with the MyDucati account used to book the tickets. Finally,
you will be able to book a maximum of 3 different Riding Experiences, one for each type, subject to availability.

To make the D.O.C. experience at WDW even more special, we have reserved dedicated spots for members across each activity, available for advance booking.

The platform will open to the public on June 8th, while D.O.C. members will enjoy early access starting June 5th. During the preview period, only slots reserved for the D.O.C.s will be available for booking. From June 8th onward, you will be able to access the platform and choose, also among the slots available to the public, the day and time of your experience during World Ducati Week.

Registration will be possible up to and including June 25th, subject to availability.
Once an option has been booked, it can no longer be changed

PLATFORM ACCESS
To access the platform and book your slot, you will need to use the following parameters:

  • Email (used for ticket purchase)
  • Ticket Barcode

IMPORTANT RULES
To enrol, you must have registered with MyDucati Registration Page
Participants must be of legal age, possess a valid driving license suitable for the engine capacity of the motorcycle to be used, and must wear appropriate and approved technical clothing.
You must arrive at the reception 45 minutes before your booked slot for registration and document checks; reservations for those who do not arrive within the specified time will be cancelled 30 minutes before each slot.
To participate in the experiences, it is mandatory to sign the liability waiver prepared by the organizers and the circuit.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  1. Track session with own bike (exclusive to Ducati owners)
    · Riding on the track with non-Ducati motorcycles is not allowed. Track sessions are conducted with your own bike and are non-transferable.
     Riders must possess the technical and physical capabilities to handle the motorcycle on the track and in the paddock.
     Motorcycles must be street-legal; therefore, track-prepared bikes are not allowed on the circuit.
     Each track session lasts 20 minutes; any time lost due to interruptions will not be made up. No compensation or rescheduling of booked slots is provided for adverse weather conditions.
     Riders must wear approved helmets, full leather suits (or suits with zippers), back protectors, gloves, and track sport boots.
  1. Panigale V4S Track Test Ride
     Panigale V4S track test ride slots are non-transferable.
    Participants must possess the technical and physical capabilities to handle the motorcycle on the track and in the paddock.
     Each track session lasts 20 minutes; any time lost due to interruptions will not be made up. No compensation or rescheduling of booked slots is provided for adverse weather conditions.
    Participants must wear approved helmets, leather suits, back protectors, gloves, and track sport boots.
  1. Road Test Rides
    Each session lasts approximately 1.5 hours; any time lost due to interruptions or cancellations, including adverse weather conditions, will not be made up, and no compensation or rescheduling of booked slots is provided.
    Participants must wear appropriate technical clothing: approved helmets, jackets with protections, back protectors, long trousers (made of durable fabric), gloves, and closed shoes.
     Participants may bring a passenger who is of legal age.
  1. Rookie Test Rides
    Each session lasts approximately 1.5 hours; any time lost due to interruptions or cancellations, including adverse weather conditions, will not be made up, and no compensation or rescheduling of booked slots is provided.
    Participants must wear appropriate technical clothing: approved helmets, jackets with protections, back protectors, long trousers (made of durable fabric), gloves, and closed shoes.
    Participants may bring a passenger who is of legal age.
  1. DRE Adventure Experiences
    Each session lasts approximately 1 hour; any time lost due to interruptions or cancellations, including adverse weather conditions, will not be made up, and no compensation or rescheduling of booked slots is provided.
    Participants must wear appropriate and approved technical clothing: helmets, leather or cordura jackets and trousers equipped with shoulder, elbow, and knee protections, back protectors, gloves, and boots.
  1. Lamborghini road test drive
     Book your slot via the "Test Drive" link on the "experience" platform.
    Participants must be of legal age and wear appropriate closed-toe shoes.
    Each session lasts approximately 1 hour; any time lost due to interruptions will not be made up.
